One of the more common addressing approaches when using polybags is to print a lead sheet that contains the mailing address, postal indicia and the return address. The lead sheet is then collated together with other materials prior to insertion into the polybag. Lead sheets are frequently printed on plain bond paper.

- The postal indicia printed on the leadsheet.
- The mailing address printed on the leadsheet.
When using a lead sheet you can use the reverse side for other text and graphics as well. This expands your overall area for delivering your message to clients and prospects.
You can also use a personalized letter to create a lead sheet. In this case you would print the personalized letter on the letterhead side and the mailing address, postal indicia and the return address on the opposite side. Most laser printers with duplexing capability can handle this quite readily.
