- Classification Counselling - Different Canada Post products have equally different price levels and requirements. We'll work with you and/or your agency to help ensure that your piece meets the requirements for the most appropriate and cost-effective class of mail.
- Canada Post Rulings - Canada Post products are not all black and white, and some mailing pieces fall into that grey area. While we will never manipulate the system, we are prepared to go to bat for you and help ensure that your piece is classified under the most appropriate product category.
- Historical Mailing Analysis - We know that mailers are leaving thousands of dollars on the table every year in unnecessarily high postage costs. We'll help improve your bottom line by analyzing your mailing history and determining where you might be able to save money.
Extended Analysis
While our extensive support is generally available as a value-added service to all of our mailing clients, we have also handled some larger analysis projects, such as reporting on comparative costs or assisting at a detailed level in the overall package design.
Examples of this type of work include a day's analysis to save $20,000 on a 70,000-piece mailing and research to devise a solution to prevent a client-supplied self-mailer from being crushed in the mail.
This level of service might also include any of the following:
- Analysis of multiple mailing options
- Design of mailing packaging
- Sourcing and acquisition of packaging samples
- Preparation and mailing of test samples
- Data load and sort via multiple sort options
- Detailed cost analysis and reporting
Due to the extensive amount of time involved with this level of service, we may charge a modest fee. However, considering the associated value and/or savings, this investment is often considered nominal.
