Welcome to the 3C Project, an initiative founded and maintained by Highland Marketing in order to foster and promote a sense of volunteerism, encouraging people in our community to become involved, at some level, with a local charitable organization.
Each of the three Cs in the 3C Project represent one of the three key words from the project’s fundamental purpose: Caring for the Charities of our Community. It’s about recognizing the various charities that are doing such amazing and wonderful work in our local community - encompassing Waterloo, Wellington and Perth counties – and about encouraging others to get involved with these organizations.
As such, the 3C Project website collects information on all local charities who have elected to become a part of the project. Each entry features a brief description of the organization, as well as contact information for anyone who might want to become involved with that charity.

If you’re not involved with a charitable group, consider browsing through this website. There is a vast array of different organizations with equally different needs. You may well find a charity that will allow you to dedicate your time and particular talents to the betterment of our community!
